Design & Configuration
We Help You Manage Every Aspect of Your Business Performance
Process Control Modifications
A large sector of the systems-integration
industry is retrofitting existing systems to provide enhanced operation and functionality.
Older machines need to be rebuilt due to the high maintenance and cost attributed
to either obsolete repair parts or extreme amounts of repair time. By modernizing
the controls with "off the shelf products, the machine operations and functionality
can be enhanced, while reducing maintenance time. Assistance can be provided
to make modifications to software control programs under the guidance of the
plant engineering staff. Programming can be provided for smaller task oriented
projects, alleviating time constraints without going through the entire contracting
process or the time and expense of hiring new personnel.
Application Design
As a systems integrator, Control Technologies, Inc., has extensive exposure to
a wide assortment of applications. The experience gathered over the last twelve
years has built into a sizable and varied knowledge base. This knowledge can
be utilized to provide engineering assistance to either supplement the engineering
staff or provide production managers with practical solutions for production
problems.
Project Management
Drawing on past experiences, project tracking and
management techniques have been developed to guide the project from initial design
to start up and training. The technical expertise is available to monitor third
part contractors, ensuring that they are providing exactly what was contracted
in a manner consistent with the rest of the project.
System Integration
All of
the above services can be combined to provide custom projects on a "turn-key" basis.
Control Technologies, Inc., has a long list of applications which range from
material handling/tracking to batch processing and data acquisition. In business
for over 12 years, Control Technologies, Inc. has consistently provided our customers
with a quality-integrated product, which meets the customer's needs, at a reasonable
price.
In-House Training
Our philosophy is to keep a plant running as smoothly
as possible with the least amount of manpower. Cross training is the best way
to maximize manpower. While it is not practical for the maintenance staff to
be away from the plant for training, it is essential to provide training as part
of the day to day operations of the maintenance personnel. As need arises, special
training classes can be arranged either for a single technician or a group. At
customer request, a technician can be sent to a specialized school. Once the
technician returns, several classes can be held to disseminate the data to the
plant staff. These classes can be arranged around the production schedule.
