| EMERGENCY TROUBLESHOOTING | ||

Our staff can provide 24-hour, 7-days a week emergency trouble shooting service, usually within 2 hours. We guarantee a 2-hour response time within our primary service area. Our technicians are equipped with the latest laptops and troubleshooting equipment and they provide their own tools. Each technician has had extensive exposure to trouble shooting in an industrial environment.

| PLANT MAINTENANCE | ||
|
Our maintenance personnel can assist existing plant personnel in regular plant maintenance items and even carry through routine procedures during personal sick leave/vacation times. This would include items that are time consuming or of such a technical nature that specialized training is necessary.

| PROCESS CALIBRATION | ||
|
Our technicians have the ability and the equipment to calibrate most temperatures, pressures and flow-transducers. A copy of the calibration procedure and results will be presented along with each site visit. These records can be used for the ISO 9000 certification process if desired. All calibration equipment is calibrated once every six months at national certification labs.

| CAD | ||
|
CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings can be provided for your plant maintenance and engineering staff. These drawings can be generated for various applications, from electrical and mechanical drawings, plant layout, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), as well as trouble shooting flow charts.

| CUSTOM PANEL FABRICATION | ||
|
Customized electrical control panels can be manufactured by our technicians and built to your exact specifications. These panels are fabricated using the latest techniques and practices. All panels are built using UL listed parts where available. All applicable national, state and local electrical codes are adhered to. Each panel will be easily accessible, clearly marked and well documented.
